Custom Orders

All costumes are custom-made based on the measurements and details you provide.

We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or design details submitted by you.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order - deposit will be determined at the time of the production quote

Full payment must be received before your order ships.
Production Time

Estimated completion times will be provided when you place your order.
