Standard production timelines vary based on design complexity, materials, and order volume. Most custom projects take at least 3 weeks, though rush options may be available. Contact us for specific timing info!

We can use inspirational images to guide your design, but we do not duplicate other designers’ work. Instead, we create an original interpretation aligned with your vision.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design and production process. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

We provide a measurement guide to ensure accuracy. You may submit measurements online or during an in-person fitting if local to a G3 designer!

Because all costumes are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a workmanship concern, please contact us.

Changes may impact timeline and cost. We do our best to accommodate adjustments when possible.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Costume Deposit is non-refundable.
